South Carolina Clay Conference Attendance Grant Calendar 2025
Please note all times are listed in EST.
August 31, 2025, at 12:00 PM: Applications OPEN.
October 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM: Applications CLOSE. Late applications will not be accepted.
October 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM: Applications will be notified of their acceptance on or before this date.
October 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM: Grantees must send a signed Grant Acceptance Contract on or before this date. The Grant Acceptance Contract will be sent to grantees when they are notified of their acceptance.
October 22, 2025, at 5:00 PM: 50% of awarded funds will be sent to grantees by mail on or before this date. Please note that this process is new to the SC Clay Con Attendance Grant. Professors will be responsible for registering their students.
February 27-March 1, 2026: SC Clay Conference.
April 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM: Grantees must send completed Final Grant Reports on or before this date.
May 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM: Final checks will be mailed to grantees on or before this date. Checks will only be mailed after Final Grant Reports are received and reviewed.
