South Carolina Clay Conference Attendance Grant Calendar 2027

Please note all times are listed in EST.

September 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM: Applications OPEN.
October 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM: Applications CLOSE. Late applications will not be accepted.
November 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM: Applications will be notified of their acceptance on or before this date.
November 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM: Grantees must send a signed Grant Acceptance Contract on or before this date. The Grant Acceptance Contract will be sent to grantees when they are notified of their acceptance.
November 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM: 50% of awarded funds will be sent to grantees by mail on or before this date.
February 26-28, 2027: SC Clay Conference.
April 2, 2027, at 11:59 PM: Grantees must send completed Final Grant Reports on or before this date.
April 16, 2027, at 5:00 PM: Final checks will be mailed to grantees on or before this date. Checks will only be mailed after Final Grant Reports are received and reviewed.
